Alessia Ruzzeddu, born in Rome in 1970, graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce. After graduating from the Luiss University she completed her studies by obtaining the degree of Chartered Accountant. Married, mother of two beautiful guys aged 18 and 21, she is a woman professionally and humanly committed to projects dedicated to gender equality and female empowerment in social and corporate contexts.
She began her professional career in the Unilever Group, a large multinational company. She continues her career in Accenture in the Consulting Division and then joins the Telecom Italia Group where she will work for 5 years dealing with strategic planning and business development.
She follows some innovation projects within TILAB, the Telecom Group Company that manages R&D and the start up of initiatives such as the Interaction Design Institute of Ivrea, an international design school.
In 2002 she started her experience in Autostrade per l’Italia where she held the position of Marketing and Communication Manager for about 10 years. Contributes to the launch of the editorial staff o My Way, the traffic information channel on the Sky satellite platform with responsibility for one years as editor-in-chief; in 2015 her journey continues in the Human Capital and Organization Department as Head of Training, Welfare Diversity & Inclusion Management of the Group to support the consolidation and evolution of skills and the growth of the talent of all Group personnel through an international Academy, and to manage the corporate welfare and organizational change and culture program (Diversity & Inclusion Management).
